But it became clear shortly after our first look around in June that you (Will) were exactly the person I needed to work with. Along with your obvious professionalism, knowledge, & overall effectiveness, you bring a high level of patience & sense of humor to the adventure. Not to mention your ability & willingness to provide direction when needed, even to the point of assembling the perfect group of folks to assist in making this happens. Will, without all of your efforts, both within & beyond the call of duty, this purchase simply wound not have happened. And for this I thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
