Trevor was a pleasure to work with! We were first time home buyers, who needed a little extra support throughout the process, and Trevor always made himself available to us. We truly felt he was supportive and had our best interest at heart when it came to negotiating and communication among banks and attorneys. Trevor was well informed and shared a lot of local knowledge with us. He never made it feel like he was trying to push a house on to us, or just sell us any house. It was very comfortable working with him, no pressure that we had felt with some other realtors. Again, being first time home buyers the process was long and very overwhelming. I really don’t believe we would have gotten our beautiful home if it wasn’t for him! I HIGHLY recommend him whether you’re new to the home buying process or it’s your 10th house!

If you want to buy or sell a home Trevor is the guy you want. He worked with us for 2 years till we were ready to buy, then found us a great home. He was knowledgeable, hardworking and never impatient with our many questions. His many years of experience in construction helped us envision what could be done to a house that we alone were not able to see. Even after we bought our home he help us with many things. We would highly recommend him.

As first time home buyer’s, my boyfriend and I were very fortunately to get hooked up with Trevor. He was so knowledgeable about not only the process but also the little things that make a huge difference in the end (electric panel, exterior siding options, trim work, flooring, and many other things we would have NEVER thought to look at). Any time I had a question Trevor was right there to help and answer, however ridiculous it was. He never pushed us into anything and was always willing to look at any house we asked about even if it might have been out of our range. He walked us through every process of the transaction, the offer, the verbal agreement, written agreement and closing. He really went above and beyond to help us and we really couldn’t be anymore thankful to have stumbled upon him. He even said after closing anything we might need he is happy and willing to help, “just because the transaction is over, doesn’t mean I’m not longer available”. That just shows his character and that he really cares about you as a client and friend rather than just a paycheck. My boyfriend and I will refer Trevor 100 times over.

To put it simply, Trevor is terrific. When a couple other realtors on Cape Cod failed to provide the knowledge/service we needed and expected, Trevor jumped in and went above and beyond. He’s thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He understood our hearts but always helped us think with our heads aswell, grounding us in the realities of various options and going through the thinking with us.

He not only helped us through the purchase process, but also through a tough mortgage process, helping us find a local bank that would fund what was deemed (incorrectly) a “condo-tel” by larger lenders. Without his assistance, we may very well have been unable to close on the property. And he’s continued to be a huge help with painting and renovations, connecting us with local vendors and handymen when needed as we’re based out of town.

He’s a one man band. And consider us groupies.

I could not possible have been more satisfied with Trevor’s enthusiasm, skills and personal attention to every single detail. Given that this was my first Cape Cod real estate transaction it was also my first time working with Trevor. Although I have worked with many residential and commercial realtors over the years none have ever come close to making me feel that my best interests were always first and foremost as Trevor did. I had environmental concerns and unease regarding potential beach erosion. Trevor went above and beyond researching answers to my questions. He contacted town officials, environmental engineers, local experts and residents. He made available copies of state and town documents, both pro and con. He brought an independent local salt marsh expert on-site to address my concerns. He was extremely honest and forthcoming with all information relevant to my concerns. When I was ready to give my best and final offer he convinced me the offer was still a little too high and subsequently I was successful purchasing the property at a more favorable price. In doing so Trevor was thereby sacrificing a higher fee for himself. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his clients. Trevor sat through the closing with me and continued to follow up on any minutia that was required long after the transaction was consummated. I will insist my friends, family and colleagues contact Trevor before they embark on any Cape realty search. He is by far the BEST!!!
