According to www.statista.com/ Zillow has 24.7% of the real estate web traffic making Zillow the most popular real estate website when it comes to Buyers looking for property on Cape Cod. Which is why devote a significant amount of our personal advertising budget to getting out listings at the forefront of the search pages.

Imagine the marketing exposure that is a result of having a photo or better yet a video of your property seen first.  According to Zillow, they were averaging 26,206 unique users in 2014.  That was up from about 18,037 in 2013.

The first arrow is unique placement that no other agent can offer at this time.  A Buyer who searches “Harwich Real Estate” or “02645” will see your listing right at the top of the page and because we are also Premier agents there is a good chance they will also see it at the top of search which the second arrow is indicating.
