Ocean Edge Condominiums
Ocean Edge is a wonderful village of condominiums on Cape Cod in Brewster. With a main road, Village Landing, winding through the complex there are two entrances, one off Rt 137 and the other off Rt. 6A for easy access from different locals. Ocean Edge resorts also includes the Nickerson Mansion and associated villas, suites and rooms available north of Rt 6A.
The condominiums offer great potential and versatility! Whether you would like to buy for year round, seasonal or investment purposes there is a floor plan and price range to fit your needs.

Reef: Excellent for families with various “special” nights. Dine outdoors or in.
Bazyo’s Pub: Great “Pub” atmosphere. Hang out and watch the game on their flat screens while munching on one of their fantastic burgers.
Ocean Terrace: Dine while enjoying fantastic views of Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy the outdoor bar or sit at one of three dining rooms inside the Nickerson Mansion.
Linx Tavern: Located adjacent to the Nickalaus designed golf courser, this is a great place to wind down with friends after 18 holes of golf.
Snack Cabanas: Great for a quick poolside snack the cabanas are located at the Golf Clubhouse, the Arbor Pool, Fletcher Pool, and Bay Pines

Membership Options and Benefits
Golf Membership
The Golf Membership provides access and special pricing to all the Club’s facilities and amenities. The Member and his/her immediate family will have access to our Jack Nicklaus designed golf course at cart fee, 11 Tennis courts, 6 Pools (2 indoor), Fitness centers, Spa services, Activities (15% off), Dining & Catering (15% off), and the Private Beach. Special Member-Only tee times are reserved for Golf Members daily. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) are welcome with limited access to facilities at special rates.
Initiation Fee $35,000.00
Annual Dues $ 5,460.00
• Dues may be paid monthly at $455 per month.
Sports Membership
The Sports Membership provides the Member and his/her immediate family with access to the Club’s 11 Tennis courts, 6 Pools (2 indoor), Fitness centers, Spa services, Activities (15% off), and Dining & Catering (15% off). Sports Members have access to the Golf course prior to Memorial Day and post Labor Day, limited to 6 rounds per season at a special rate. Sport Members may also choose to add access to the private beach at Ocean Edge. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) are welcome with limited access to facilities at special rates.

Member’s Preferred Pricing
Retail Outlets: Member’s receive a 15% discount on all in-stock merchandise. Member preferred pricing is also applicable to special order merchandise.
Nicklaus Design Golf Course Access:
Golf Member’s have unlimited daily access to the golf course. Tee Time reservations can be made 3 weeks in advance of day of play. Every effort is made to accommodate membership and accompanied guest play in and around any member tournament or group outing that may occur from time to time.
Golf Member’s Guest Fee Rates:
* Family Golf: $50.00 + Cart
* Accompanied Guest Fee: $65.00 + Cart
* Unaccompanied Guest Golf Availability ~ Resort times and rate.
Sport Member’s Golf Access: Prior to Memorial Weekend and Post Labor Day
* 6 Rounds of Golf in the Off Season for $82 per player, inclusive of cart and day of driving range use.
* Driving Range access at $12.00 per person unlimited per day
* Unaccompanied Guest Golf Availability ~ Resort times and rate.
All Member’s Receive Special Pricing on~
Dining-15% discount at all resort outlets and in-room dining. Member preferred reservations and seating.
Catering-15% discount for on-site catered events

Golf Members: All children’s activities are complimentary: EdgeVenture 50% discount

Hotel Accommodations: Members receive a 30% discount off the published rack rates and packages (five room maximum per stay). Member must book the rooms. Subject to availability; certain blackout dates & restrictions may apply.
